Biography

In addition to her faculty responsibilities at Temple University, Tracey Weiss has had her own consulting firm since 1999. She specializes in executive coaching, performance feedback, succession planning and team building. Weiss has worked with senior executives and the boards of trustees in a broad spectrum of public and private organizations.

Clients have included Campbell Soup Co., Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, the Federal Reserve Board, Merck, Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, QVC, SEPTA, Sesame Street and the University of California Health System. She also received the Quality Consultant Award from Union Carbide, in recognition for her work in developing a performance management program.

Before launching her own firm, Weiss held management positions in leadership development for Aramark, GlaxoSmithKiline and the Hay Group. Earlier in her career she served as an assistant professor in the Department of Communication at the University of New Hampshire.
