Brad is a native Minnesotan, but spent 10 years in Atlanta Georgia before moving to Philadelphia to join Klein College's advising team. Brad earned a Bachelor's Degree in Production and Operations Management from Winona State University, and Master's of Education Degrees in Human Resource Development and Adult Education from the University of Minnesota. While attending the University of Minnesota he studied away in Taipei Taiwan, supporting the design, development, and implementation of a professional development training program for the country's Civil Service Institute. Brad was previously an Assistant Director with Georgia State University where he coordinated advising activities for up to 6000 students across a diverse portfolio of academic disciplines and majors. Brad's work at Georgia State focused on the integration of predictive analytics and risk modeling to improve student retention, progression, and graduation rates. As a first generation college graduate, Brad's s passion is in developing student success policies and programs which improve educational equity and access, develop student resiliency and persistence, and reduce the higher education achievement gap. When Brad isn't at work you'll likely find him playing or watching sports, traveling, being a foodie (cooking and eating), or preparing for his next marathon.
