Annenberg Hall houses the departments of Advertising, Journalism and Media Studies and Production. TV and film production areas (editing, film labs, graphics and studios) occupy the building’s first floor. Annenberg also includes audio, photographic and news writing labs; Bell Tower Music; extensive film and video editing areas; a 75-seat multimedia screening room; and smart classrooms. The Department of Strategic Communication is housed in Weiss Hall and includes meeting space and smart classrooms.
All the following Klein College facilities are outfitted for the production, research and teaching of all media and communication disciplines.
Students and faculty can edit audio and video pieces and transfer video to various formats in the Post Production Lab or at the TECH Center. Annenberg Hall also offers fully equipped broadcast performance, TV direction and videography studios for educational use.
Joe First Media Center (Atrium)
Located on the first floor of Annenberg Hall, the Joe First Media Center connects Annenberg with Tomlinson Theater. The center is a communications and social hub for the school and includes a café, a multimedia information center and a venue for displaying student work.
This newsroom features access to the AP wire, digital recorders, video equipment and wireless networking.
Paley holds the majority of the University Libraries’ rich book and journal collections—which includes topics such as art, business, humanities, science and social sciences—and offers access to microforms collections, readers/printers and study rooms. It is also home to the Special Collections Research Center, the University Archive, and the Urban Archives. On the ground floor, the library features a fully equipped Media Center, which houses Temple’s vast media collections and has specialists on hand to help you find the materials you need.
Klein College’s classrooms are equipped with a variety of digital and media equipment for instructional use.
Temple University’s 75,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art TECH Center includes specialized graphic design, music composition and video editing labs.
The Kal and Lucille Rudman Media Production Center is home to Temple’s student-run TUTV station and plays a key role in the arts, communications and media at Temple University and throughout Greater Philadelphia. The TUTV Master Control Center main console monitors and routes multiple feeds from our automation/play-out servers to Comcast and Verizon. Master Control is also outfitted with two Mac Pro nonlinear editing stations used by student editors and producers to put the finishing touches on TUTV’s growing catalog of original programming.

There are two public parking garages on the Main Campus.
- Liacouras Garage is located on 15th Street between Montgomery and Cecil B. Moore avenues. Parking is $15 per entry.
- Montgomery Avenue Garage is located on 11th Street between Montgomery Avenue and Berks Street. Parking is $3 per hour.
In addition to the two public parking garages, Main Campus also has two metered surface lots.
- The Tuttleman Lot is located on Montgomery Avenue between 12th and 13th streets. Parking is $6 per hour.
- The Cecil B. Moore Lot is located on Cecil B. Moore Avenue between 12th and 13th streets. Parking is $3 per hour Monday through Friday, and $15 per day Saturday and Sunday.
