Biography

Bea is a Miami, FL native who changed her major several times from music performance, education and English, and earned her B.A. in liberal studies with a minor in music from Florida International University.  As an undergrad, she was involved with student activities and organizations, which led to her earning an MS Ed. in Higher Education with a concentration in Student College Personnel from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Bea has served undergraduate students having worked at several institutions: Nova Southeastern, George Washington University, Kennesaw State and her Alma Mater, FIU.  

Bea is an avid sports fan and loves the Eagles, Phillies and her Miami Heat! She is looking forward to exploring more of Philadelphia and the surrounding areas, including antique markets, hiking trails and her own local genealogical research.  She is excited to support Klein students and become a Temple Owl!
