How the Program Works

During their senior year, students work 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, fully integrating into your organization. This structure allows them to contribute meaningfully to projects while continuing their academic experience.  

Students enter the program with a strong foundation in data-driven strategy, analytics and communication, enabling them to make an immediate impact

Strengthen your talent pipeline while developing career-ready professionals through meaningful, extended engagement. You can reduce hiring risk by identifying and evaluating top talent early in a real-world setting.

Industry Partner Responsibilities

As a participating organization, you will:

  • Conduct interviews and select candidates
  • Provide fair compensation (recommended $20/hour)
  • Complete midpoint and final evaluations
  • Offer actionable, constructive feedback to support student growth 

Program Timeline

  • February 15 – Receive pre-vetted student resumes
  • March 10 – Complete interviews and select candidates
  • September – Co-op experience begins
  • December – Midpoint evaluation
  • April – Final evaluation and program conclusion
