Joi’ leverages her talents in integrative marketing, creative strategy development, and experiential production to drive engaging new programs and campaigns at Meta. Joi’ has contributed to numerous award-winning projects, including developing all creative promotional materials for the Facebook production Simone vs. Herself, which was nominated for a 2022 Sports Emmy for Best Documentary, Serialized. Throughout her career, Joi’ has been a leader in DEI. She fostered the inaugural $25M We the Culture programming with Meta’s Partnership team on behalf of Creative X to support equity for Black creators and serves as a key stakeholder for the organization’s Diverse Business function. Joi’s commitment to inclusive programming has established her as a changemaker in the tech industry.
