Biography

Kevin Kowalick is a professor of organizational leadership teaching courses on leadership theory, organizational dynamics, communicating leadership and managing organizational change. He is passionate about helping students connect academic frameworks with practical industry application, preparing them to lead effectively in today’s complex professional environments.

Kevin holds an MBA from the Fox School of Business and brings over two decades of professional experience in media, advertising and organizational development to the classroom. He has led large teams, and his career includes leading sales and product training, learning and development and large-scale organizational people, product and process changes at global media companies and advertising agencies. This industry experience informs his teaching and allows him to illustrate how leadership theories translate into practical strategies for driving change, aligning teams and achieving results.

In addition to teaching, Kevin is an International Coaching Federation (ICF)-credentialed leadership coach and organizational consultant. He partners with companies and individual leaders to navigate transformation, build leadership capabilities and create sustainable growth. His dual focus on academic theory and professional practice allows him to offer students a unique perspective, equipping them with the theory, tools and the leadership mindset they need to thrive in their careers.
