Biography

Kymberlee Norsworthy is a strategic communications professional with two-decades of national experience promoting and protecting brand images through the media. Kymberlee is a specialist in strategic communications, event planning, media relations and writing for varied audiences. She has worked with clients in the music, publishing, non-profit and technology industries.

The heartbeat of Kymberlee’s work is providing public relations counsel that maximizes brand potential. Through her roles at companies including Rogers & Cowan, Interscope Records and Sony Music, she developed successful public relations campaigns for clients such as Microsoft, Ice Cube, Black Eyed Peas and Kirk Franklin. Through her consultancy, Worth Ink Public Relations + Media Strategies, she has catalyzed market influence for clients including Our Daily Bread Publishing, the financial freedom organization dFree, Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Inner City Games Foundation, The Source Hip Hop Music Awards, Kim Fields and numerous Grammy® Award winning and nominated recording artists including Jekalyn Carr, Marvin Sapp and Hezekiah Walker. Kymberlee began her career in the music industry working with The Roots.

Kymberlee Norsworthy is a proud graduate of Temple’s Master of Journalism program. Her writing has been published by PR News and ESPN’s Andscape (formerly The Undefeated), among other outlets. In 2014, she began her teaching career as an adjunct professor at Saint Peter’s University in Jersey City, New Jersey.
