A FRONT-ROW SEAT TO AN EVER-CHANGING MEDIA INDUSTRY

Klein College at Temple University, known for its comprehensive academics, extensive alumni network, and affordability, is an ideal choice for transfer and nontraditional students. Offering an effortless credit transfer process, Klein College ensures a welcoming and supportive environment for its students.

As a student here, you will learn from faculty who are not only educators but also leading professionals in their fields. The college provides an extensive array of student services to guide you at every stage of your educational journey. With a wide range of majors and minors available on campus and online, Klein College enables you to choose a degree that aligns with your interests and career aspirations.

Transferring Credits and Dual Admissions

Klein College directly transfers most of your course credits from accredited institutions and generally accepts college-level general education course credits with a grade of C or better. There’s no limit to the number of credits Temple can accept, but you must complete at least 45 of your last 60 credits here to earn a Temple degree. The Temple Bulletin and Transfer Equivalency Tool can help you determine which courses are required for your program at Klein College and how your college-level academic credits may transfer to Temple.

Temple University has partnered with several regional, two-year colleges to clear a path from community college to a Temple degree with the Dual (or Guaranteed) Admission program. If you have completed fewer than 30 college credits, you may enroll in Temple’s Dual Admissions program at your college. Enrollment guarantees admission to most majors at Temple if you earn an approved associate degree, and also guarantees additional merit scholarships to students who graduate from their community college, provided GPA requirements are met.

Additionally, Klein College has specific articulation agreements with Delaware County Community College (Communication Studies) and Esperanza College (Media Studies and Production), further facilitating a smooth transfer for students in these programs. These program-to-program agreements underscore Klein College's commitment to accessible and flexible education pathways.
