The IT Support Office provides a wide range of technical support for the Klein College of Media and Communication. We provide technical support for classrooms, labs, faculty, staff and students. Our main focus is desktop support for faculty and staff.
If you have an issue with your desktop system or laptop, contact our office. If we are unable to provide support for your issue, we can refer you to the person or department that can. If you are unable to reach us, contact the Help Desk.

If you have a technical issue and cannot reach the Klein College IT Support staff, contact the university’s Help Desk, which can assist you with everything from being locked out of your computer or email to answering Microsoft Word questions.
Instruction Support Center for Faculty
The Instructional Support Center provides access to computers and a wide range of technology, Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. It is supported by a staff of certified instructional designers and technology experts. Assistance on the following areas can be provided.
- Blackboard and online training
- Digital imaging
- Website authoring
Computer Services offers resources that enhance the educational experience of our students; provides academic and administrative services essential to university operations; and fosters a sense of community. All other technical departments, such as Computer Business Services, the Computer Recycling Center, Instructional Support and Training, all fall under the Computer Services umbrella.
