Our career services team supports our mission through comprehensive and personalized coaching services that aid all students and facilitates their career development.

Career Services

Klein College’s Career Services provides students with the resources and guidance they need to achieve their career goals. We offer specialized, career-related services and programming exclusively to Klein students, including

  • access to media and communication internship and job postings,

  • career fairs,

  • one-on-one career coaching,

  • professional development workshops, and

  • résumé and cover letter review.

Handshake

Handshake is Temple’s one-stop online career management platform! Current Owls and alumni can log in to Handshake using your Accessnet (TUXXXXXX) Single Sign-On to: 

  • Schedule appointments with Klein Career Services or Temple's Career Center 

  • Research organizations who actively recruit Temple talent

  • Search and apply for media and communication jobs and internships on- and off-campus

  • View and RSVP for on-campus & virtual events (career fairs, employer events, and career development)

  • Upload a resume/cover letter

Employers can register in Handshake and post their internship and job opportunities to more than 3,000 undergraduate and graduate students, as well as alumni of Klein College of Media and Communication.
