Washington Post reporter Joby Warrick has won two Pulitzer Prizes: the prize for public service in 1996 for his work with The News and Observer in Raleigh, North Carolina, on “Boss Hog”; and in 2016 in general nonfiction for his book Black Flags: The Rise of ISIS.
