A veteran of broadcast journalism at CBS and NBC owned television stations, Ed Dress is equally at ease going undercover to expose fraudulent and shoddy business practices or covering big events like inaugurations and parades.
A Temple alumnus, Ed has won 20 Emmy Awards for investigative journalism, health and science special reports, feature news, and magazine format broadcasts.
While working with TU colleague Lu Ann Cahn at NBC10, Ed won a coveted national Emmy for exposing government officials and law enforcement drinking at an illegal firehouse speakeasy in a dry town.
Before becoming a content producer at TUTV, Ed taught Investigative Journalism to graduate students at Drexel University. He later helped produce TUTV Temple University Television's live coverage of the Pope Francis' visit to Philadelphia and TUTV's coverage of the 2016 Democratic National Convention.
